Today, in the search for competitive advantages in hypercompetitive markets, companies increasingly apply open innovation (OI) to improve their customer value propositions and benefit from the knowledge of a wide network of stakeholders. Co-creating innovation with users is a specific form of OI that gives special attention to users or customers as sources of promising innovation ideas. Therefore, companies can invest in infrastructure that supports user innovation, such as online platforms.
Idea: I want to design a service or platform where customers can actively co-create products with brands submit ideas, vote on features, even design. Indeed, companies can ask their expert customers for their opinions on improving their services and products.
In particular, I want to design a two-way platform, meaning that customers and businesses can provide APIs and services on the platform in addition to receiving services and use the opinions of customers and experts and develop their product. It can be useful for a wide variety of sectors such as banks, fashion, pet products and food industry
